Inventory Balance

View the inventory balance

Open the Inventory Balance List: Application Menu - Inventory - Query - Inventory Balance
When selecting the products in sales order, it shows the inventory balance as well. Please see the screen capture, the quantity column shows three values ( left to right ):
1. currenty inventory balance
2. quantity pending in sales order
3. quantity pending in purchase order

Other Options

Branches' users may view the inventroy balance of other branches and head office.

Open the URL https://www.evergreen.com.sg/ebiz-ext/.
Login with your user code & password. You will be able to see the Inventory Balance screen.
To view the head office inventory balance, fill in the section code 01 and press Go button.
To view other branches' inventory balance, fill in the corresponding section code for that branch and press Go button.
