Sales Invoice

Sales Invoice is created from Delivery Order. Please refer to the delivery order guide for help.

Steps to create a new sales invoice:

  1. Open the Sales Invoice screen
  2. Check the Bill To section and make sure the contact / address information are correct.
  3. Make sure the products and their quantity / unit price are correct.
  4. Click the Save button at the bottom of the page to create this sales invoice.

** This section applies to the application system installed at branches.

Steps to modify an existing sales invoice:

  1. A sales invoice cannot be modified once it is confirmed. You can only cancel it and create new one.

Steps to cancel an existing sales invoice:

  1. Open the Sales Invoice List: Application Menu - Sales Processing - Sales Invoice List
  2. Locate the sales invoice you want to cancel and click the Cancel link at the right side.
