Sales Order
Steps to create a new sales order:

Open the Customer List: Application Menu - Sales Processing - Customer List

Locate the customer and click the Create Sales Order link at the right side to open the Sales Order screen.

Check the Ship To and Bill To sections and make sure the contact / address information are correct.

Select the products you need to include in this sales order by clicking the select icon next to the Product Code text box.

Fill in the quantity / unit price for every product you selected.

Click the Save button at the bottom of the page to create this sales order.

Once the sales order is confirmed, System will show the Sales Order View screen. Click Create Delivery Order button if you wish to create delivery order immediately. Here is the delivery order guide.
Steps to modify an existing sales order:

Open the Sales Order List: Application Menu - Sales Processing - Sales Order List

Locate the sales order you want to modify and click the Edit link at the right side to open the Sales Order screen.

Make your modification and Click the Save button to confirm the changes.
Steps to cancel an existing sales order:

Open the Sales Order List: Application Menu - Sales Processing - Sales Order List

Locate the sales order you want to cancel and click the Cancel link at the right side.
