Web Order

Web Order is created by online users through the web portal.

Steps to create sales order for a web order

  1. Open the Web Order List: Application Menu - Sales Processing - Web Order List
  2. Locate the web order you want to create sales order and click the Create Sales Order link at the right side.
  3. System will show the sales order screen. Please refer to the sales order guide for help.
Other Options

** This section applies to the application system installed at head office only.

  1. Open the Web Order List: Application Menu - Sales Processing - Web Order List
  2. If a web order is not required for sales processing, you may click the Hide link at the right side.
  3. If a web order is to be handled by one of the outlets, you may click the Distribute link at the right side to open the Distribute screen and choose the designated outlet.
